Account Security Standards

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. We apply two-factor authentication options and session-timeout controls. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can freeze the account and begin an internal investigation under Clause 5.

Record Retention

Transaction records, wagering history and correspondence are retained for a minimum period as required by applicable law. You may request a copy of your account data by submitting a written request via email; we aim to fulfil such requests within 30 calendar days.

Clause Amendment Process

When these Terms change materially, we publish a notice on melbetindia.co with a minimum of seven days before the new version takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution Path

Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be raised with our support team. If unresolved after 14 days, you may escalate through the formal complaints procedure described in Clause 12. We commit to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours.

These Terms take effect the moment you complete the registration form and submit it on melbetindia.co. By submitting, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to every clause contained in the current version of this document.

We can update these Terms and will publish a notice at least seven days before changes take effect. If you continue using your account after the effective date, that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may close your account before the date if you do not accept the new version.

Send a written data-access request to our support email with your account ID and a description of the data you need. We aim to fulfil all such requests within 30 calendar days and will send the data in a readable format to your registered email address.

Access depends on local law. If our compliance review determines that your region no longer permits access, we will notify you and process any eligible withdrawal of your account balance in accordance with Section 7. We aim to complete this within 10 business days.

Our Terms apply uniformly to all transactions. However, UPI, Paytm and PhonePe each have their own provider terms that run alongside ours. By transacting through those methods, you agree to both sets of terms simultaneously. We have no authority over the payment providers' own rules.

Raise the dispute with live chat or email first. If the matter is unresolved after 14 days, submit a formal complaint referencing Clause 12 of these Terms. We will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim for full resolution within 28 calendar days.

We post an update notice on melbetindia.co and, where possible, send a notification to your registered email. We strongly recommend checking the Terms page periodically so you are always aware of the current version that governs your account and transactions.
